On Friday 11 December, 2009, real estate company DIC (Deutsche Immobilien Chancen) and the City of Frankfurt/Main announced the decision of the Jury presided over by Prof. Johann Eisele. In a unanimous recommendation the Jury spoke out in favor of the high-rise design by KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten. According to the Jury, the roughly 100 meter high design for the“WinX“ high-rise stood out as an elegant landmark building from the surrounding stone development.
